Once the booking dates determined, we will send you a rental contract that you will have to send back whithin 8 days with a down payment of 25% on trental price. The balance will be paid 30 days before the beginning of the stay. On receipt of the balance, we will send you the authorization to get the keys. A deposit will be asked to you at the handing over the key by the agency LAMY in the gallerie Pierra Menta of the village Le Charvet in Arc 1800.
Please note that the size and the layout of this flat don't allow to accept animals. We invite you not to smoke inside the flat for the respect of the tenants who will come after you.
